Top Up Professional Practice for Saddle Fitters Webinar Replay Series (10 hours) CPD
Carefully formulated as an enjoyable and very important professional ‘Top Up’ programme to support saddle fitting businesses, sessions explore how saddle fitting clients can experience an enhanced customer service from their fitters. Questions such as, What do I do when a client is not happy with the saddle I have supplied them with? How can I advertise with confidence? How do I promote my business effectively using a website and social media strategy? How can I take the pain out of my accounting? What safety and safeguarding laws apply to me as a saddle fitter? How do I conduct risk assessments to maintain safety of myself, my clients and their horses within the saddle fitting environment? How do I record accidents that occur when I’m working? When should I not fit a saddle?
This unique 10 hour, 5 session series of Continuing Professional Development for professional saddle fitters was originally broadcast as an accredited, competence certified, short ‘top up’ course from within the jurisdiction of the UK. It was created in partnership with the Professional Saddle Fitters Society to provide professional saddle fitters in the UK and overseas with top up knowledge to help optimise their professional practice. Many references are made to current UK laws applicable to a freelance saddle fitting business.
Overseas attendees should also find the information to be a very useful for their saddle fitting businesses.
